If you are not in the Wichita, Kansas area and wish to ship your case to American Dental Arts, please contact the lab – toll free – at 1-888-467-8667 to receive a shipping package. We will provide you with packaging, pre-printed labels, and information on how to ship to us. If you wish to use pre-printed airbills for UPS or FedEx, please call us at 1-888-467-8667 to discuss options.  American Dental Arts will ship your cases to you free of charge. Please allow appropriate shipping time.
